Park Permits

Park permits are issued to Oak Lawn residents only and is on a first-come, first-serve basis January 1st through Columbus Day. Park permits are necessary for groups of 10 or more. For details call 708-857-2201

Shelter permits

Shelter permits are issued to Oak Lawn residents only and is on a first-come, first-serve basis January 1st through Columbus Day. Shelter permits are necessary to reserve a shelter. Electricity is available for an additional cost at Wolfe Wildlife Park and must be booked at time of park reservation. For details call 708-857-2200.

Athletic Field permits

Athletic field permits are necessary for any formal and informal use of athletic fields. Permits will be issued according to availability beginning January 1st but not confirmed until April 1st. For details call 708-857-2201.

Grilling

Grilling is allowed at Centennial, Memorial, Worthbrook, and Wolfe Wildlife (109th) Parks. Permit holders for the approved shelters are allowed to use their own grills, so long as they are placed adjacent to the shelter and any coals are properly disposed of in the provided receptacle. (As stated in SECTION 37, any person violating any clauses shall be fined not more than $200.
