Menard Center (5800 W. 90th St.)

• Room equipped with 15 tables and 90 chairs
• Patron will be given a 4 digit code to access the facility. Patron can access the facility 30 minutes in advance and must be out within 30 minutes of their rental end time. 
• The Menard Center has an attached kitchen that is equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, 2 sinks and 2 microwaves

David Johnson Center (9400 S. Oak Park Ave.)

• Room equipped with 10 tables and 40 chairs
• Patron may pick up room key from the Community Pavilion 20 minutes before their rental start time.
• Patron will be given a 4 digit code to access the facility. Patron can access the facility 30 minutes in advance and must be out within 30 minutes of their rental end time. 

Additional Info:

Only one rental is allowed per day. Rentals must be a minimum of 2 hours. Facilities may not be reserved more than 3 months in advance or less than 7 days in advance unless approved by supervisor.

Applicant must be 21 and over. Patron must complete rental application and pay security deposit and rental fee in full in order to make reservation.

Table cloths are not provided. Renters are responsible for setting up their own tables and chairs.

In the event of an excessive mess renter will be assessed a $50 cleaning fee. No confetti or piñatas. No alcohol permitted on park district property.
